For consistency, I plan on using Design A for all 52 weeks. I like the ratio of 4x6 and 3x4 pockets. Used a combination of Midnight Edition Core Kit filler cards and some printables.

Last week was a milestone. Turned the big 3-0! Overjoyed by all the birthday wishes! Thank you guys! My last meal in my 20s was Sonic. Go big or go home folks ;] Everytime Robert and I go somewhere, we try to stop by a Sonic. Their Cherry Limeade. Lovesssss. Unfortunately they didn't have a treat for Bear this time around.
I got a Starbucks giftcard from the leasing office. Sucker for free birthday stuff. I think they have a website of the list of places where you can get free stuff on your birthday. I should try that one year, see how many free things I could get.
Sometimes, birthday turns into birthday week ;] My girlfriends at first was telling me to choose a place to eat for dinner. Always have a hard time choosing. At first I was thinking of True Food Kitchen but I have been eating there a lot. So should choose something else. I thought, how about Sister's Thai. Hadn't had Thai food in a long time.

On my actual birthday, squeezed in one more bucket list item off of my 30 before 30. It was to hike part of the Appalachian Trail. I picked Mcafee Knob, which is the most popular photographed part of the trail. We wanted to drive down the day before and just get a hotel and hike the next morning. It would take us 3 hours to drive there, hike for about 4 hours then drive 3 hours back. That was too much for one day.
Unfortunately, it was quite rainy/foggy for the weekend we chose to go. Lesson learned from this hike, buy hiking boots. Our shoes got sooo muddy and we thought there were a few times that we were going to trip. I would also like to add a hiking backpack to the list of items to get. I borrowed my sister's and I really liked it. Took the load off my shoulders and placed it more my hip so it didn't hurt as much.
Even with the fog, the site was amazing. What I love about hikes, it's being in the moment. Don't have to think about work or worries. I'm just focused on hiking and being outdoors. We think Bear enjoyed the hike as well! He was definitely tired after it!
